How does a subscription work?
Subscribing is the easiest way to ensure you stay hydrated and focused, without ever having to worry about it. For less than $1.50/day, you can have your order shipped to you on repeat, at whatever frequency you prefer. How do I manage my account?

Do I have to pay for shipping?
Standard ground shipping is on us, sitewide! You can always choose to pay for expedited shipping which is offered at checkout.
What is Pludo?
Pludo is a premium electrolyte hydration supplement, designed to put back into your body what you lose from sweating or dehydration.
How do I take Pludo?
Mix one stick pack with 16–32 oz of cold water to your preferred concentration. Enjoy before, during, or after exercise, heavy sweating, travel, or deep focus.
How often can I consume Pludo?
Start with one serving first thing in the morning, plus an additional serving during or after exercise or heavy sweating. Add extra packets on especially active days, after a night out, at high elevations, or on days when you're putting in extra miles.
